Mark Malec Photography is a wedding company located in West Bend, Wisconsin. Mark and Beth Malec, the owners of the company, aim to get to know each couple they work with prior to the wedding day in order to become more familiar with each couple's photographic needs and desires. This husband-and-wife team focuses on maintaining open communication throughout the planning process in order to provide accessible and transparent services. The company encourages couples to remain present and mindful on their wedding day, which enables Mark and Beth to capture genuine and natural images.

Beth and I will not only be your photographers, but also your guides through your entire wedding day. We will keep you on track and on time :-) This is our #1 feedback item on all our reviews.     We couldn't have been more thrilled with our choice to have Mark Malec Photography capture our wedding day. From the very first meeting, Mark made us feel like we were reconnecting with an old friend rather than just hiring a photographer. He’s incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind and so fun, which made us feel comfortable right away. His professionalism is matched only by how easy it is to be around him. Mark's fun and laid-back personality fit in perfectly with our family and made the entire experience so much more enjoyable! Beth was an absolute gem as well. Her attention to detail was impeccable, she noticed all the little things that could’ve been easily overlooked but made such a difference in the final photos. She has a real talent for taking charge without being overbearing, ensuring that everything went smoothly while still keeping the energy light and relaxed. Together, Mark and Beth worked seamlessly with Kendahl, the videographer, and the results were nothing short of amazing. The team’s coordination really shone through, and they all made sure to capture not only the big moments but the subtle, heartfelt ones too.     Mark Malec Photography was an excellent choice for our wedding photography. Their communication style was efficient, quick and detailed, which helped keep us on track leading up to the big day. The photographers, Mark and Beth, were experienced, calming and skilled - they made sure we didn't have to worry about the photography at all. They helped keep the timeline moving, were open to any changes, and were friendly and personable from the moment we first met. The quality of their work and value they provided was top-notch, and we're thrilled with the beautiful photos that captured all the special moments of our wedding day.

    Where do we even begin? Starting with our engagement shoot, Mark and Beth made us feel so comfortable, and were so good at capturing the way we feel about each other. They have a great eye for what will make a good shot and we’re super attentive to details. They made the shoot so fun and we ended up with a great mix of formal shots and more fun/spicy shots. We had originally planned to just do our engagement shoot with them, as we were getting married out of state but when we got the proofs back, there was no question about paying the travel cost to have them capture our wedding day. They were totally on top of the planning process and really let us be creative with the shots that we wanted and what the day was going to look like. They were there for us every step of the way, and will make you feel like you can handle anything your crazy aunt or creepy family friend is going to throw your way on your day - they’ve seen it all and they play defense for you. Wedding day rolls around and they’re in full on production mode. When I say that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the wedding day, I mean it. They had our schedule, kept us on track, and most importantly, they kept us relaxed. I cannot stress enough how special it was to have them both there to get both angles of all of the moments - it’s not something you really think about until you see how special it is to have both sides of the first looks, walking down the aisle, and the first kiss. As my husband and I talked about the day on our way to our honeymoon a few days later, we agreed that choosing Mark and Beth was by far the greatest decision we made for our day. We loved them, and they gave us the most precious memories to cherish for ever. Their work speaks for itself, there’s no question about that, but I think the most important thing they bring is the passion they have for what they do, and I think that’s what made us trust them as much as we did. We really could not have asked for a better pair to work with, and every one in our family LOVED them. If there was any recommendation I had for future brides, it’s to let Mark and Beth be your people.

    Mark is the easiest photographer to work with! I work with him and Beth in the industry and as a client as well. His style is simply beautiful without being over or under photo edited. He knows how to pose you, which I extremely appreciate, and makes you feel very comfortable and confident during photos. Trust me you will not be disappointed!
