How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about availability for your date. Wedding photographers typically get booked a year in advance for popular months such as May and September and 3-8 months for less popular months.

Question 2

Do you shoot with assistants or other photographers?

Accepted Answer

I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. When we have our phone consultation we will discuss what pictures you can expect by adding an additional shooter to your package and compare if this would benefit you. Packages with 6 hours or more with include an additional photographer.

Will you edit all our pictures?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. First I cull through all the images taken and chose the ones that are the best quality. Once chosen, these final images will be edited for color, contrast, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look gorgeous. Light retouching is also included such as blemish removal. Heavier retouching requests are available for additional cost.

Do you also offer video services?

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.

Question 5

How long will it take to see our pictures?

Accepted Answer

You will be able to view your photos online 14 days after your wedding. You can expect to receive a link to an online gallery with images sized for sharing and small print. After your wedding and you have selected your favorite images, Simone Photography Co. offers beautiful wall art, albums and other gorgeous keepsakes to treasure one of the most important days of your life.

Question 6

How many pictures will we get?

Accepted Answer

You can expect minimum 40+ images per hour of shooting. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, cooperation, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

Question 7

Do you have insurance?

Accepted Answer

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

Question 8

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

Accepted Answer

In my many years of experience in the wedding industry, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to shoot your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my respected colleagues or my contracted assistant photographers.

Question 9

What are your travel Fees?

Accepted Answer

I am based in the south sound pudget area. I charge for anything 2 hours + outside of my home. Your fees will be based on length of travel and scale of coverage. Typical travel rate is $250 for one night/or room coverage at your events venue.
