We are based in Sedona, Arizona and we create 'I can't believe we did that!' types of moments for couples wildly in love. We specialize in creating personalized, all-inclusive elopement experiences with up to 25 guests!

Along with beautiful photography, we curate the entire elopement experience for couples so they can show up feeling nourished, joyful, and taken care of. Each package comes with photography, hair, makeup, floral, officiating, and so much more!

Ok so you fell in love with your fiancé, are you ready to fall in love again with the most amazing wedding planners? Your answer should definitely be YES! I won't accept anything less than that. If you accept anything less than that then go somewhere else that will take all your money and leave you stressed out; otherwise, keep reading. When I say that the only thing we had to worry about was where to eat for dinner the night of our wedding, I'm not joking. For whatever reason that was still the hardest decision to make and Rich & Shelby still made that easy with all their recommendations. They took care of literally everything! EVERYTHING! That doesn't come with giving a little something....trust. You can definitely be as involved as you want to be in this process, and we decided to let the collective do most of the decision making, all we had to do was send the inspo. Their photographer and videographers are incredible. I didn't even do a hair and make up trial, literally met her day of and it SLAYED! Flowers, sent inspo, it was so beautiful that we decided to preserve it in resin. They provide a detailed list of the things you need, so you don't have to think about it. They come up with the entire wedding timeline, they even help you by laying out options so you can choose your own adventure, quite literally. We went off roading for our wedding and had an absolute BLAST! My husband and I have been to quite a few weddings and we've seen people stressed out throughout the process. We got to date each other throughout ours. It's a lot mentally, emotionally, financially, to plan a wedding. The collective helps eliminate most of that stress so you get to enjoy being engaged. You get to enjoy your wedding day. Working with the collective was the best wedding decision we made and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Rich, Shelby, their vendors, and entire team are truly amazing and caring people. We will always recommend them for small, intimate, elopement style weddings.

My husband and I cannot recommend the fantastic AEC team enthusiastically enough - they all went above and beyond to help us make our dream microwedding a reality. From our first consult call onward, the team was incredibly responsive, meticulous, conscientious and enthusiastic. The planning process was stress-free and really allowed us to plan a unique experience for ourselves and our guests that felt anything but cookie-cutter and allowed us to bring our family along with us on adventure. Wedding day was absolutely perfect, from our hair/makeup/barber services, to our amazing florals and beyond. Rich’s ceremony was SO thoughtful and unique to us, and our photographer Kevin was so personable and is truly gifted (we were so moved by the attached pics from our sneak peek and can’t wait to see the whole gallery). We were blessed by a monsoon during our couples’ photos and our team was willing to pivot and allow us to capture some incredible photos in the rain as well as have our first dance on the red rocks at sunset to live music (Brooke and Mike did an amazing job). Last but not least, Kelsey was the glue that held everything together and was the biggest ray of sunshine during planning and on wedding day, even helping get our dinner venue set up and then staying until the end of dinner for decor breakdown. We’ve both had so many happy tears thinking back on our wedding day and will treasure those memories forever. We recommend AEC without reservation, particularly for adventurous couples who think outside the box and want a truly custom experience.

Words cannot fully capture the magic of our experience with Rich and Shelby at the Arizona Elopement Collective. From the very first moment, their passion, creativity, and dedication transported us into a realm of ethereal wedding beauty. Waking before dawn, we hiked up to Cathedral Rock at 3:30 AM, where the world was shrouded in stillness, and the promise of a glorious sunrise awaited us. Rich and Shelby’s adventurous spirit made this early trek one of the highlights of our journey, and captured the importance of the sunrise pre-ceremony we wished for. Midday, the incredible cacao ceremony and yoga session they led grounded us in a shared intention, enveloping us in a space of love and connection. The serene sound bath, echoing through the desert, further deepened our experience, creating a tapestry of sensations that resonated within our hearts. We were able to rest, recharge, and reconnect to ourselves and one another. Later that day, their talented team of artists—from the stunning makeup and hair stylist to the enchanting Super 8 videography—brought our vision to life. Each detail was crafted with care, reflecting the sacredness of our union. The sunset ceremony, framed by the majestic red rocks of Sedona at Secret Slick, was nothing short of breathtaking. With Cathedral Rock in the background, it was exactly what we imagined and more! Peter and I are eternally grateful to Rich and Shelby for curating an unforgettable celebration of our love. Their unwavering support, enthusiasm, and artistry blessed us with a day that transcended our dreams—an experience woven into the very fabric of the Sedona desert we love so very much. Our experience with Arizona Elopement Collective was incredible. Rich, Shelby & their team went above and beyond to make our entire experience so laid back and fun. They really took the time to get to know us and get an idea of what we wanted. We even had family complement how Rich, our officiant, spoke like he had known us forever. They took care of every little detail of our day and I honestly never imagined it could be so relaxing and easy. We felt totally taken care of, and our whole day exceeded our expectations! 100% recommend if you want to ditch the chaos of a traditional wedding and feel fully present in the moment with the people you love the most!
