I believe that wedding photography should be about you. This is your love, your story and your adventure. Here's what I believe you deserve: A. A photographer who listens to your whole story, and gets as invested in it as you want (but not like in a weird way) B. For you to be able leave stress at the door. I've spent years photographing weddings and honing my craft, I've got you covered no matter what. Also, I bring snacks. C. Amazingly personal photographs where you don't feel like a stranger in your own wedding album. I want to give you a fun experience, and allow you to be fully present in the moment.

When I’m behind the camera I see every person as someone with a story. You aren’t just something I take a picture of. You’re a human! Your story is worth saving. You’re living through it every day. Sometimes there's laughter, sometimes there's tears. Sometimes you just need a snickers bar. Your story has twists and turns. It’s full of struggles, perseverance, burritos, puppies and yes . . . Love! (I had to make sure to add love to that list. This is a wedding photography site after all.) Every chapter brings something new with it. I think your story is freaking beautiful.

Choosing Alex to capture our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made! From the beginning he was more than willing to help with more than just photography, wrangling the entire media team and leading the charge to take it off of our plate. Prior to the wedding, there was ample communication about our necessary to capture shots and what kind of vibe we were going for, helping to really get a feel for how we wanted the day to go. Day of the wedding, some things time wise were running behind, but Alex was able to reposition things to where it never felt like we were rushed, still capturing everything we wanted to. If you’re looking for a photographer, look no further, as Alex will be the best choice you could make for your wedding day!

Alex is the best wedding photographer that I could have hoped for! I love that we started off with a FaceTime to meet and make sure our personalities vibed. He made our engagement photos so easy and took all the awkwardness away and found us a stunning location. Leading up the wedding Alex was so helpful in thinking through our timeline and the photos we wanted to take day of. Throughout the entire process he was amazing at guiding us, calming us, and hyping us up. Our friends all commented on how much energy he had throughout the day, his ability to direct people in posed photos, and getting in on the action during dancing. He really helped us slow down and remember to savor the day, just us two. The sneak peeks that I have seen are incredible and I cannot wait to see the rest! I would recommend a million times over.

Alex is a phenomenal photographer and we are so grateful we hired him for our wedding! He is such a kind and outgoing person, and he really took the time to get to know us and make sure we would work well together. Alex captured our engagement photos, as well as our wedding day, and we love all the photos he created. We were most impressed with his style of really capturing the candid moments and showing everyone's emotions throughout the day. One of our favorite moments from our wedding was when Alex and our planner got down on the dance floor with us! It was so fun to celebrate everyone's hard work together. Alex was such a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him to other engaged couples.

Alex (and his awesome assistant Maddie) not only perfectly captured our wedding, but they truly helped us celebrate the joy and love we felt on the day. Alex is grounded, calm, and helped us stay focused on one another and our community. He acted like our secret protector, carving out time throughout the night for us to bask in all of the small and big moments. In addition to being immensely talented, he is incredibly professional. Leading up to the wedding he was highly communicative (with both us and our planner) and took the time to get to know us. During the day, he played air traffic controller with our extended families without missing a beat. And he even shared a sneak peak of the previews by the next morning for us to celebrate before our honeymoon. We are so grateful that Alex was our photographer. The photos are timeless, and he is just such a great human.
