I was incredibly disappointed with the service from Taylor Made Makeup. Their communication was horrible - the makeup artist did not show up for our scheduled trial which was today 9-05-25 at 2:30 pm. After I rushed home from work to have everything ready. Nor did they communicate about rescheduling after the second time. It felt like my time was not valued at all. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I was very worried that this could possibly happen on my wedding day. Unfortunately, the poor experience continued, as the makeup artist continued to ignore my multiple messages asking if they were okay and for a simple update. I would not recommend Taylor Made Makeup to any other couples looking for a reliable and professional beauty vendor. As you can see the first pictures from August are from the makeup artist rescheduling after an emergency with their car. We agreed to reschedule for today. After you can see the screenshots from today were no communication was seen on her part.

From the initial communication, their team was amazing - quick to respond, easy to coordinate with, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Taylor Made Makeup was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding day! Their communication was quick and kind, and the quality of their work was AMAZING. The makeup felt incredibly light on my skin, and as someone with sensitive eyes, my eye makeup didn't water or itch at all. The team arrived early, had a wonderful assistant named Alberta who did mine, my mom and my bridesmaids' hair - she was so kind, funny, and professional, we loved her vibe! They executed our exact makeup and hair vision perfectly. I always have a problem with a sweaty upper lip, but my makeup didn't budge all night. I highly recommend booking Taylor Made Makeup for your wedding - they truly helped make our special day that much more perfect!

From our initial contact on Zola, Taylor was so easy to communicate with and was very informative on what types of services were available to choose from, I never had to wait long for a reply. Taylor and her team provided amazing work on my wedding day. They were incredibly kind, patient and professional throughout the whole process and made our experience so comfortable and smooth! From the moment they arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and overall friendliness. I really appreciated their kindness and just listening to our visions of what we wanted for the big day.
