Welcome. Bianca and Katie are a freelance hair and makeup team specializing in weddings and special events. They have been friends for several years and business partners for 12 years. They offer classic and creative hair and makeup looks and the most affordable rates on the Central Coast. They continue their hair and makeup education to bring you the very best and latest beauty trends!

Whether you are planning a wedding, or just want your hair and makeup was done for fun, you are sure to feel your very best with Hair and Makeup by Bianca & Katie!!! Areas we service are Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Santa Cruz, San Benito Counties, and surrounding areas! We also do destination weddings!! We are happy to travel to any location!

    Katie and Bianca were an absolute dream to work with!! Your hair and makeup team truly set the tone for your wedding day, and you cannot choose better than these two gorgeous woman. Everyone felt so beautiful with their hair and makeup, and even though I had changed nearly everything from my trial, they were able to accommodate my requests day of the wedding! I am so happy I chose Katie and Bianca, they made the whole experience so easy and fun, and they are the absolute sweetest to work with. I have never felt more beautiful!!

    MUAH makeup and hair were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. Their communication was quick, effective, and incredibly kind - they listened closely to the entire bridal party and made sure everyone felt beautiful and confident. The quality of their work was amazing; they created a natural, yet detailed look that perfectly complemented our styles. On the day of, they helped us stay calm and on schedule, and we received so many compliments from our guests on how great our hair and makeup turned out. I can't recommend MUAH enough - they truly went above and beyond to make our special day perfect.

    Bianca and Katie, who run MUAH, are absolutely fantastic! From booking, to the trial, to the big day itself, everything was seamless and stress-free. Going into the process of finding a makeup artist, I was nervous about not looking or feeling like myself — I just wanted to feel like “me,” but elevated. The moment I met Bianca, I knew she could make that happen. On my wedding day, I felt stunning — and the very first thing my husband said during our first look was, “OMG, you look like yourself!” (He had been nervous too after hearing some of our friends’ horror stories.) All of my bridesmaids got compliments all night about their hair and makeup, with guests asking where they had it done. The MUAH team even finished ahead of schedule and was able to fit in two extra people for services, which was such a gift. Beyond their incredible talent, Bianca, Katie, and their team were kind, respectful, flexible, and such a joy to be around. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a hair and makeup team in the area — they truly went above and beyond!
