I know how exciting (and overwhelming) this time can be. I know exactly what I wanted and expected on my big day, and I believe that helps translate into knowing a lot about what you want as well. I also happen to LOVE doing makeup, especially for an occasion as special and memorable as one's wedding day. As an experienced artist, I have great pride in my ability to make a woman look her most beautiful, while remaining true to her natural self. I lean toward a light hand, specializing in creating a gorgeous, luminous glow, but also know when to turn up the drama.

I'm based in the Chicago area, but have also travelled to many weddings throughout and beyond the midwest. Please contact me for availability, rates and more information. Please note that my focus related to bridal parties is makeup, only, but I know and can recommend a few highly trusted on-location hair stylists.

    Lauren was on time, super friendly, and worked with everyones wedding day makeup visions. She did such a great job and I was so so so happy with my wedding makeup even without doing a trial! I didn’t want to look over done with makeup and she rocked it. Highly recommended Lauren for any occasion!

    Lauren was fantastic! She provided the exact look I wanted for my wedding - simply an enhanced version of myself. She listened really well during our trial run, kept notes to make sure there were no issues on the day of the wedding, and was proactive about figuring out the logistics of hair and makeup. I was planning the wedding from out of town, and having someone so organized was just one less thing to worry about. On the day of the wedding, she offered a calming presence and was able to adjust to what each person in my wedding party wanted. Everyone felt stunning, and the makeup stayed even through tears of joy!

    I hired Lauren to do my makeup for my wedding day and have used her many more times since then for special occasions, weddings, family pictures, etc. Before I hired her I had some trial runs with other makeup artists, but no one compared to Lauren. She makes you look like your best, most polished self. The makeup lasted all day and night and I was "glowing." I have referred her to so many friends and family and everyone feels the same way as I do. I wish she could do my make-up everyday.
