EMPIRE FACES

This is a surprise to our company, to see this review, and we take our customer satisfaction very seriously. So we will address each comment respectfully. 1. We had good communication the entire process through text & emails, but immediately before the wedding day at the last minute, the Bride asked us to change the time to earlier (6AM) so we had to wait for team to respond & make childcare arrangements etc.. but we accommodated her just fine. 2. Our team showed up EARLY to the venue, before 6AM but no one was there to open the gate. OUR TEAM WAITED OUTSIDE THE GATE, with us calling & texting so we had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to come let us in. 3. No one on our team smokes or uses marijuana at all (one of them is 6mos pregnant, & the other is married to law enforcement.) Complete LIES, but if customer is so familiar with the smell of it, HMM? 4. While there getting ready this customer was begging us to come back in the afternoon (for a different reception look) but never she had never reserved or paid for any afternoon/ 2nd look services!! So to make sure she wasn’t expecting us later, our office immediately called her on site before the wedding. We told her (sister) that comeback service is a separate charge and it was never reserved..so she then said, “ok never mind” 5. Our stylist NEVER said she had “too much hair” but rather that she had a lot of hair to work with, which was actually us paying her a lovely compliment. 6. Bride told our team how much she loved her look and expressed how much they loved her makeup & everything. If we did something wrong, why was she wanting us to return? (Because she tried to tell stylist it was scheduled, when it wasn’t.) We are sorry that customer has negative feelings, but we provided good service, were professional, on time & reliable.
