Travel fees are quoted based on the location where services will be provided

Yes, early start fees apply as follows, $100 for start times before 7:00 AM and $200 for start times before 5:00 AM.

On Saturdays, we require a minimum booking of the bride + 5 additional services. If fewer services are requested, the cost equivalent to the minimum must be covered.

If the getting-ready location exceeds 100 miles or 1.5 hours of driving from our studio, accommodation must be provided for the team the night before.

To secure your date, a signed contract and a 30% retainer are required.

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer through our secure online payment system powered by Stripe.

Wendy is AMAZING. She did my hair and makeup, and my bridal parties’ hair. She did exactly what we wanted. My makeup stayed all day. She knew exactly how to make my makeup look natural and clean. We did a trial about a year before the wedding and she nailed it again the day of. If you want soft glam or natural makeup, book Freiya Beauty immediately!

Wendy was the hair and makeup artist I never knew I needed. I was nervous about this part of wedding planning, as I was an out-of-town bride, but she assured me that she was the perfect woman for the job, based on my vision. I knew from the moment I sat down in her chair for my trial that I had booked the right artist. Everything that she stands for, I am right there with her, and she understood exactly what I needed and brought it to life. Wendy takes pride in her work, and she rightfully should! I trusted she had the best intentions for what I needed and knew I could let her have creative freedom while bringing my vision to life. Taking all her advice for wedding prep was also another aspect that changed my wedding day look. Had I not listened, I know I would not have had the same outcome. I am so thankful she was a part of my wedding process and truly enjoyed working with her. She upholds great customer service values and was very communicative the whole time.

Freiya Beauty was a wonderful addition to our wedding day. From the very beginning, they were quick to respond to all of my questions and extremely easy to reach. On the day of, Wendy and her team made me feel like an absolute princess. My hair and makeup were absolutely perfect, and I felt so beautiful walking down the aisle. I was able to work with Freiya beauty for a styled wedding shoot and she was incredible! It was 8 in the morning and she had just come from up north finishing another bride for her elopement! She is extremely knowledgeable about all things beauty. Working with her was the best part of the day! She was super personable, and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does!! I felt so beautiful! thank you so much for the love and hard work you put into your work!!
