Creating a distinctive floral design is an art that combines creativity, observation, and collaboration. My designs draw from nature's beauty and patterns, to create arrangements that reflect the environment. I emphasize seasonal blooms to align with nature’s rhythm, crafting arrangements that connect people to their environment. My strong ties with local flower farmers are vital, allowing me to source fresh blooms while supporting the community. This blend of natural inspiration, community collaboration, and artistic versatility defines my distinctive approach to floral design, enhancing beauty while promoting sustainability and creativity.

I am a little different than your average florist with a background working in environmental conservation, garden design, farming, and production of art at large music festivals. After working on multiple farms, succulent nurseries and nonprofits doing events, I settled down and started Plant Co. in 2018. What a joy it has been to step into the wedding floral world of northern Michigan and help couples create their perfect day! I get to use skills from all my previous experiences to help your day go perfectly, just like you deserve. We are also offering custom arbor design and fabrication as well as signage through our woodshop and CNC.
