    I originally reached out for hair and makeup, but Marija offered a bundle that included planning and decor as well. Unfortunately, we ended up receiving services that were far below the quality we paid for. While our planner Rebeca went above and beyond, the remaining experience was disappointing and stressful. Hair and M/U services were poorly planned. This lead to rush and poor outcome, with my curls coming apart even before pictures started, and some bridesmaids and my mom not having hair or MU for pictures. Marija brought one “stylist” who ONLY curled hair. No extra help for m/u or hair styling, even knowing the exact number of people needing these services and building a detailed timeline in advance with her opinion. The decor was another huge letdown. The seating chart had some errors. The ceremony arch was incomplete, LED candles looked cheap, poor quality of even the artificial flowers (had to end up replacing with real flowers i provided last min). None resembled the reference photos she shared. It was again rushed and far below the standard she sold us. Communication was very poor and even rude, after signing the contract. All her email responses were copy-paste from chatGPT and not addressing our concerns. Marija also backed out of a promised venue walkthrough saying she had no time. After the wedding, her response to all of these issues was dismissive with no accountability or apology- again AI generated. We were honest and clear from the beginning about our budget and expectations. Marija assured us she could deliver but simply didn’t. I hope our experience helps others make a more informed decision and that this vendor takes our event experience as an opportunity to learn and improve. This is such a huge event that comes with so many emotions and responsibilities- we all deserve a good experience.

And they certainly delivered - their work was truly the best we could have hoped for. They were organized and on time, beautifully decorating the restaurant where our reception was held.
