    Surprisingly, Lana reached out to me to follow up if I was interested in her wedding package promotion she was offering- anyone knows how weddings can be expensive, so any promotion is a win win! I thought this move was genuine and I did not feel forced/pressured into buying her package. During the initial conversation, she explained everything in great detail and so I knew exactly what I was paying for- any questions I had, she was very responsive and professional at all times. As a Canadian bride, I felt confident in Lana and Arnold to bring my vision to life thousands of miles away! Closer to the date, we had weekly meetings about the wedding to “comb through” every detail about my wedding. I really liked this idea as it reassured my vision for my wedding. Not only was she a wedding planner but she was also a mentor through the entire process. She was always honest and gave words of wisdom when things became stressful. I felt that she truly cared about me as an individual bride and not just a “number”. On the day of my wedding, the professionalism carried over. Lana and Arnold kept me and my husband in the loop of everything that was going on all day/night and their team were incredible! If I were to do it all over again, I would choose Lana and her team of professionals!

    I can't say enough good things about Ideal Events Miami, and especially Lana. From the start, she made the entire planning process feel effortless. Lana and her team was always thinking ahead and making sure every detail was covered before we even realized it was something we needed to address.
