Awful Communication, Does not Deliver as Promised

The owner, Naddine Ahmad, seems very nice initially and her work is beautiful when she delivers on services promised/paid for. Her communication skills were non-existent and I was unable to get ahold of her ever via email or text (which she told me would be the best way to contact her). I was frequently waiting weeks for a response from her and having to text her multiple times to confirm any kind of information. The week leading up to my wedding I had texted her to confirm drop off locations and times for boutonnières and bridal bouquets, and still had to text her multiple times to get a response. She finally confirmed times and locations for deliveries the Tuesday before the wedding, and then still had one of her employees insistent that the the boutonnieres get delivered to the hotel (which was not the agreed upon location). I, the bride, had to call her and have her call her employee, who was being extremely rude and dismissive to my matron of honor, to change the drop off location of the boutonnieres. She then brushed me off and admitted to forgetting where they were getting delivered and said she would call her employee to update her on where they actually needed to be delivered. That was the last I ever spoke to her. Among the communication issues, she utilized Quickbooks for many of her business needs, and would blame pricing changes and inaccurate invoices/ordering on Quickbooks. After confirming our total final number of tables needed, which was less than initially thought, and adding 1 additional boutonniere (25), she updated the invoice to account for less tables, yet the invoice was somehow 700 more expensive. When I texted her to notify her of this, she responded a week and a half later, after multiple texts. She blamed it on "Quickbooks" automatically updating to the 2026 pricing and said she would correct it immediately. I went to pay my final invoice a week later when it was due and the invoice was still not corrected. I had to once again text her to remind her to fix my invoice. When she corrected it, it reverted back to the original invoice and didn't account for the change in tables or additional boutonniere. It was my fault for not triple checking she did her job correctly and ended up realizing it too late, but it's frustrating nonetheless. On the topic of not delivering services/goods as promised: She said she would "add" the additional flowers that were ordered to the remaining centerpieces. We had agreed on having 8 tall centerpieces for the tables, yet on the day of the wedding there were only 5 tall table centerpieces and the rest were all short centerpieces. We also never received extra florals to add to the cake. Working with Naddine was the most stressful part of wedding planning. At one point, based on other reviews that had also discussed her lack of communication and not delivering on services, I was convinced she would not show on the day of the wedding and I would not have any flowers at all, or that she would deliver dead florals. The florals she DID deliver were beautiful, but not nearly beautiful enough to make up for the additional stress she added to my wedding day.

Wonderful! This was our favorite wedding vendor to work with, and saddest to see go from our lives. We loved the process that Blum set up, the attention to detail, and overall way the wedding looked. Thank you!

Working with Blum Floral was a wonderful experience! Everything came together as planned and better for our wedding day. We had an easy time with communication and the flowers were as expected and better. Don't be swayed away by the negative reviews- these are very difficult to believe. This company goes above and beyond! Everyone was kind, thoughtful, and worked to bring our dream wedding to life.

While we were initially excited to work with Blüm Floral and Events, we were disappointed with the lack of communication and reliability leading up to our wedding day. The florals unfortunately did not meet the expectations that were set during our trial, with missing arrangements and decor that differed from what was agreed upon. We wish we could write a more positive review, as flowers are an important part of a wedding, but we would caution other couples to carefully consider whether this vendor is the right fit for their special day. She is very hard to get ahold of and behaves extremely unprofessionally when disagreements arise. She yelled at my mother and mother in law for asking questions. The owner has no business skills and will make this business fail. The only part of my wedding that I regret is the flowers as I was immediately disappointed and shocked when I saw them
