Blooming Shed is Tammy Arana and Leigh Rupp. We are long-time friends who love flowers and how they bless people. We just happen to be neighbors in the Spokane Valley and hope we can become your go-to for flowers. Our flower stand is located in the valley on Vista just north of Boone. We love doing custom bouquets and hearing the stories when people picking up flowers and who they are for.
