Our Partial Planning Package begins 6 months before your wedding with a 25% deposit. We assist with vision and design, create a vision board, and provide vendor recommendations and management. Includes timeline and floor plan creation, mock-up supervision, venue walk-through, and rehearsal coordination. Day-of management includes a coordinator and assistant for 14 hours. Add-ons: Month-of RSVP or transportation coordination for $400 each.

Our Week-Of Coordination Package begins 3 weeks before the wedding with a 1-hour kickoff meeting. We finalize your event timeline and layout, handle vendor coordination, and conduct a final details call during event week. On the big day, we provide on-site coordination and supervision for up to 12 hours to ensure everything runs smoothly.
