The Trouble Makers' Story Trouble Makers' started, like most restaurants, as a dream. Our specific dream was shared between two men: Martin MagaƱa and Arnuflo Gonzales, who would later become the Co-Executive Chefs of the Trouble Makers' Restaurant Group. Their shared dream was simple: serve food reminiscent of the flavors and textures of their lived experiences, thus creating meaningful, vibrant, and delicious plates. In 2021, they partnered with Dillon Knight to create Trouble Makers' Restaurant Group, and dubbed their fare "Mad Mexican" cuisine.

Troublemakers' Restaurant Group pairs chef-driven Latin fusion with hospitality first event service, from intimate private dinners to full venue buyouts. We bring a modern, story-forward menu, locally sourced ingredients, and a mobile kitchen that delivers restaurant quality food anywhere.

    The Troublemakers Restaurant Group was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding catering. We actually found them before our venue and knew we needed them for our big day! From the very first conversation with Robin, their communication was efficient, helpful, and they clearly demonstrated their deep knowledge of the industry. On the day of the wedding, their staff was detail-oriented, ensuring every guest received their meal quickly and efficiently. The food itself was absolutely delicious - it was easily the talk of the night! I wish I could eat their street corn chicken risotto every night! They were also incredibly accommodating, making sure to cater to any allergies, adapt to some last minute seating chart changes, and staged the napkins and silverware beautifully. I can't recommend Troublemakers enough - their service went above and beyond, and the value they provided far exceeded their price. If I were planning my wedding all over again, I would 1000% hire them again.

    First and foremost, the food was incredible! So many guests commented that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. The team was fantastic and there for us in so many ways - they gave us the idea for churros with dipping sauces as dessert and curated a last minute appetizer menu that was delicious. I could feel each team member's excitement and commitment to making our day special. Especially Robin - she is a rockstar and truly went above and beyond! I cannot thank the team enough for their hard work and attention to detail! I highly, highly recommend them!
