Delicious food and great staff
We worked with Tammy and she was professional and easy to communicate with. She listened to our ideas and gave us great feedback that helped us make some challenging choices. Overall, the food was excellent. We had many guests come up to us after dinner to tell us that we had served the best food they have had at a wedding!
Attention to details
Tammy at Mintahoe is truly exceptional. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers set a very high standard. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled smoothly, and it shows in every interaction. Mintahoe is fortunate to have someone of her caliber on their team.
Outstanding Wedding!
The entire Mintahoe staff helped to create the most wonderful day. The food was amazing and the service outstanding! I am especially thankful for Tammy Mahony, the venue manager, - all of her time and organization prior and being a true host the evening of the wedding itself. We used Mintahoe Catering for our wedding, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. The food was unbelievable, we’re still getting compliments from our guests months later!
