La Diva started out as a Mexican Restaurant in a gas station in 2021. We were voted best tacos in Volusia County 2 years in a row and placed 2nd for best Mexican Restaurant. We decided to close the storefront in April 2023 to focus solely on catering (and now meal prep). We love helping make a wedding even more amazing with food that everyone will remember anx talk about!

We offer fresh food, made from scratch! We care very much about all of the ingredients used in out cooking and can accomodate any dietary restrictions withojt sacrificing flavor. La Diva, Chef Jenn, makes everything with love from scratch.

    La Diva By Chef Jenn was an incredible catering choice for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive anytime we had a question or request. Chef Jenn even welcomed us into her home for a tasting, where everything she served us was absolutely amazing. On the day of our wedding, the La Diva team kept all of our guests well-fed and happy with their delicious and varied menu. The drinks were also fantastic, and everyone raved about the quality of the food. La Diva By Chef Jenn truly contributed to making our wedding day special and memorable.

    From the moment we first spoke with Chef Jenn we were blown away by their friendly, warm, and professional communication style. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our day special was truly outstanding. Chef Jenn and her team were so thoughtful, creating a beautiful and accommodating dining experience for us and our guests. We particularly appreciated how they took such great care of us as the bride and groom, ensuring our plates were made up for us and having our signature drinks on hand throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests.     Chef Jen and the team at La Diva were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Chef Jen was available anytime and responded right away to all of our questions and requests. The food was delicious and tasted homemade plus it’s affordable. We had about 75 people at the wedding and all of the guest said the food was outstanding. They accommodated when we added on extra appetizers last minute, and also created children's options and an amazing cake with mini cake cups. Chef Jen can cook any cuisine and it all comes out absolutely delicious. She also made sure the bride and groom had plenty of food, and sent us home with lots of leftovers! We are so grateful to Chef Jen and her team for helping make our special day perfect all while staying within budget.

    We have had Jenn cater our wedding and also did a taco bar at home. She was super easy to communicate with. We knew exactly how much everything would be and how it would look which is so important! Any ideas I had she made them work. She is easy to get ahold of and really cares about what she does. She is talented and skilled in MANY types of food.
