Hilary Jacobs
Welcome. Hilscooking is not your ordinary catering company. Chef/owner Hilary Jacobs likes to add her personal touch to delicious creations to feed that guilty pleasure inside all of us. Hilary Jacobs graduated from Tante Marie in San Francisco in 2006, walking away with a greater understanding of food and a strong passion for cooking.
In her journey through the culinary world, she prides herself in being an innovator of remixing and remaking what is familiar, while adding something unique in taste. “Food is like colors. It all goes together, you just have to season it properly.” And that, along with love, is exactly what you’ll find in her menus, and in every bite.

Hils is our Favorite!
We can't say enough good things about Hils Cooking. They are easy to work with, always accommodating to allergies or dietary restrictions, competitively priced, and of course their food is DELICIOUS! All of our clients are always so pleased whether they go with a drop-off service or a fully staffed event with passed hors d'oeuvres. Hilary and her team are an absolute pleasure to work with!
