My Passion for food goes beyond just taste, its about presentation and connection. I believe that food is an art form that brings people together by not only providing a delicious snack but also by being aesthetically pleasing. Whether its a gathering of friends, a special celebration, or a simple moment shared over a beautifully crafted board, food has a way of making it all more meaningful. I've had a passion for culinary arts for as long as i can remember. I work hard every day to grow Good Thymes Charcuterie more and more. Sharing my food with others truly makes me happy.

I believe that what sets me apart from other caterers is that I put a lot of effort into crafting visually stunning boards. I go beyond simple arrangements of ingredients and make everything look cohesive and appealing.

    I recently had a grazing table provided by Good Thymes Charcuterie at a party for my friends and myself and it was incredible! I had always held the belief that charcuterie boards were pretty to look at but not that special in terms of a dining experience, I could not have been more wrong! Not only was a beautiful board provided but the carefully picked assortment of flavors was shocking! Not only is there a huge assortment of colors to appreciate visually but when you start to dig in to the board you’ll see that there is a huge variety of flavors and textures. From the variety of meats and cheeses, to a sweet blackberry jam, to the savory fresh herbs and the bittersweet chocolate it was a party in my mouth. And then when I started combining ingredients the fun really began. I had so much fun experimenting with my friends the different combinations of foods, my personal favorite was definitely the brie, salami, blackberry jam, and herbs together. All in all, I never knew how delicious charcuterie boards could be and I highly recommend Good Thymes Charcuterie for anyone wanting to try a gourmet meal with their friends and family.

    This vendor was a top tier experience for me and my party. Both myself and my guests were blown away by the variety and quality present within our charcuterie board. Plenty of high quality ingredients arranged with care and insight for both your visual and taste experiences. Great customer service as well! I would 100% use them again for any future parties!

    The board was lovely, appointed with flowers and fresh herbs. The selection of cheese and meat was great, so many combinations to try. The fresh fruit was delicious as well. Everyone was full and satisfied. I highly recommend Good Thymes Charcuterie for any occasion.
