I’m Anthony Franciosi, a Colorado-based restaurateur and live-fire caterer. We cook everything over real hardwood—no shortcuts, just bold, unforgettable flavor. From weddings to private events, we offer full-service catering, including custom menus, mobile bar service, desserts, wedding planning, and even sound and PA systems. If you want an event that’s delicious, seamless, and a little badass, we’ve got you covered.

What sets us apart is fire—literally. At the heart of every event is our Grillworks Asador, a handcrafted, live-fire Argentine-style grill that brings theater, tradition, and unmatched flavor to the table. We don’t just serve food—we craft immersive culinary experiences over open flame, using real hardwoods and intentional techniques. Unlike traditional catering companies, we’re fully mobile and offer a turnkey experience: fire-cooked food, custom bar service.     Franciosis Live Fire Catering absolutely knocked it out of the park for our wedding. We truly can’t say enough good things about them. From the very beginning, their team helped us shape our menu when we had no idea where to start — they listened to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and built something that fit our style perfectly. On the day of, everything was flawless. Every single guest — and I mean every single one — told us it was the best steak they had ever had. The risotto was equally incredible, rich and perfectly cooked, and the entire meal was Michelin-quality from start to finish. Beyond the amazing food, the team themselves were a joy to work with — friendly, professional, and genuinely excited to make our day special. You could feel the pride and passion they put into their work. We’d recommend Franciosis Live Fire Catering a thousand times over. The quality of their work and value was excellent - everything they provided, from the bar tending to the cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert, was quick, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. Anthony, Nikki, and their team absolutely crushed it at our wedding in August. The grilled halloumi and mushroom caps they served were absolute hits with our guests. From the moment they arrived, the team was prompt and professional in their setup, and their staff extended such warmth and graciousness to everyone in attendance.
