When I was asked to cater this wedding for 120 guests after the couple had to cancel their original plans due to a parent’s terminal illness, I knew this was more than just an event—it was a chance to bring comfort, love, and beauty to a moment that deserved to be celebrated despite the heartbreak. It reminded me why I do what I do: to nourish people in life’s most tender and meaningful seasons. Creating a menu that honored their story, brought joy to their guests, and gave them a sense of peace was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. The menu was an reflection of both the bride and grooms different taste— the groom was vegetarian and the bride was not, as well as food choices that brought them both comfort while celebrating both their union and their loved one’s life.

    Chef Nia catered my bridal shower and absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. My guests are still talking about the charcuterie and the shrimp & grits! She was professional, on time, and so easy to work with. I would 100% book her again.
