Owner/Chef

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, he immigrated to the US in September 2001 His early days in the US he found his passion for food & hospitality business. His entrepreneurial nature kicked in and he opened his first restaurant in Leominster in 2009. Within five years, he became a full-service Brazilian Steakhouse in 2018. During his career, Rodrigo has served the US Army for 3 years and devoted many hours to his local community. He has a positive nature and dedicated to continued growth as a businessman and individual. Currently a member of the board of Massachusetts Restaurant Association

Comeketo is a full-service catering company with over nine years of experience with all types of events—but weddings are very important to us. Couples have enjoyed working with us because, unlike other catering companies, we can bring the fun, joy and unique touch of the Brazilian Churrascaria to your special day — something truly memorable!

    I am currently 20 weeks pregnant, and after eating the meal provided by this catering company, I experienced severe stomach cramps that felt like contractions. My mother, who also became sick after eating the food, had to rush me to the hospital because the pain was unbearable. Doctors confirmed it was food poisoning caused by contaminated food. This experience was absolutely terrifying and put both my health and my baby’s well-being at serious risk. Most of my guests reported having been sick as well from the wedding night leading up to the next day. It’s unacceptable that a catering company would fail to follow basic food safety standards. What should have been a joyful occasion turned into one of the scariest experiences of my life. I trusted this business to provide quality service and safe food for my guests — instead, they caused immense distress, physical pain, and emotional trauma. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and my husband will be taking further action without hesitation.

    It takes a community to meet the needs of its members, despite setbacks. I'm Elizabeth Monteiro, the founder of Scars Into Stars, Inc., a newly formed nonprofit organization and a domestic violence service coordinator agency in Massachusetts. I am thrilled to share that we held our very first fundraising event on October 11th, 2025, in Canton, MA! Organizing this event was a bit nerve-wracking, as it was my first time setting up a fundraiser for SIS, especially with limited funding and resources. However, a fantastic business consultant helped sponsor us, along with flower donations from a shop in Boston, MA, which was a blessing! I was especially excited to partner with Comeketo catering company in Fitchburg. They honored their original prices and provided an incredible experience. Rhonna and her team were professional, thoughtful, and supportive, and Rodrigo, the owner, went above and beyond to help and kept his word about supporting our mission. On the big day, they set up a delicious mini buffet, and the food was a hit! I was worried about having enough, but they even surprised us with extra food without any additional charges. Thanks to the amazing catering team, the owner, and all the wonderful volunteers, guest speakers, and attendees who came together, the event was truly special and inspiring. The turnout was 19 guests who showed up from 95 invites. While the number was disappointing, I am incredibly grateful and humbled by the contributions and support of every single person who was present to support survivors of domestic violence in our communities and learn about our mission and vision, and to officially open in 2026!     Comiketo Catering made our North Andover grand opening a success. Their team arrived on time, set up quickly, and served with genuine courtesy—attentive without being intrusive. The food was outstanding: fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented, with generous portions that kept our guests happy throughout the event. Service flow was smooth even at peak times, and breakdown was organized and spotless. We’re grateful to the entire Comiketo team and would gladly work with them again.
