Catering By Tracy was formed in 2007 in Charlotte, NC and exploded when we moved to Lake Norman in 2011. Weddings are our top catering event, along with corporate business, vacation rentals, birthdays, all events you are needing food for. We cook for 12 and go up to 500 Guests?? We have commercial cookers that allow us to cook 20 pork butts, 40 whole chickens, 25 beef butts, 30 racks of ribs, 200 chicken wings All At Once!!!!!!!! We know how to Cook For An Army!!! Let us guide you with our knowledge of catering to make your event a HUDGE success!!!

Tracy and the catering crew were incredible for my wedding in May 2025! The communication with her and making any changes to numbers/food choices was incredibly easy. The food was delicious, we received tons of compliments on both the passed out appetizers and the entrees. In fact one of our entrees with leftovers, the meatloaf, was given to us to take home and was devoured by the bridal party later the same night! Everything felt so affordable, and I would highly recommend working with Tracy for any event!

Tracy and her staff are just incredible. They are so professional and conscientious in everything they do. As a venue owner, we really appreciate that and wish all caterers had the same level of service both in and out of the kitchen! We've seen the interactions between the catering staff and the client, too, and there's no doubt that Tracy and her team know how to execute things on their end with ease. I cannot recommend catering by Tracy enough. She was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Her team of qualified and quality staff were so gracious, professional and kind. The food was GREAT! This was one of my main concerns as we searched for caterers since the event was two hours from her business. But she nailed it! We were thrilled with the taste, presentation and quality of food provided. We honestly cannot recommend her enough.
