    We had Caldwell BBQ at Pecan Lake cater an event for us, and I have to say, it was just flat-out amazing. The food was top notch — everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You could tell they take pride in what they cook, because every bite tasted like it came straight off the smoker. The customer service was just as good as the food. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. They showed up on time, set everything up without any fuss, and made sure we had what we needed. And for the quality you get, the price was more than fair. Honestly, I’ve paid more for food that wasn’t half as good. Caldwell BBQ really delivered, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for great BBQ and even better service.
