AV Gourmet was born out of love. When Chef Alexis and Leo met in South Florida, they decided to put their talents together and open a AV Gourmet. The road was not easy but now they became the most awards winning team in Georgia.

From a family of chefs and cooks, Chef Alexis began his culinary career as a very young child under the tuteldge of his mother. Chef Alexis is known for his and exceptional flavor palate and for creating menus that deliciously help to define the event, for weddings he likes to create menus that speak about the couple. Chef Alexis has a unique gift to cause people eat foods they claim they normally would not enjoy.

From the very first call, Chef Alexis and Leo were effortless to work with! Since the beginning, they've been responsive, kind, and genuinely excited to help make our wedding day special. Their creativity shone through in the delicious and tasteful spread they prepared, from our taco and wing bar to our main courses, all of which our guests raved about! The presentation and service was excellent, and the champagne wall they set up was an awesome touch that added such a fun and upscale vibe. We were so impressed by the quality and value of AV Gourmet's work, and felt the love and care they put into every savory detail. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to their outstanding catering!

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Chef Alexi, Leo, and the entire team from AV Gourmet! From the very beginning, their friendly, fun, and professional demeanor made the entire planning process incredibly smooth and stress-free. On the big day, everything was flawless. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food—especially the hors d'oeuvres and the dinner, which featured a standout carving station, perfectly cooked crab cakes, fresh asparagus, and a selection of delicious desserts. Every detail was executed beautifully, and their team brought such positive energy to the day. We’re so grateful for their dedication and talent—highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and amazing food!

From start to finish, the team at AV Gourmet was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication was efficient, responsive, and incredibly detailed, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - the food was yummy, thoughtful, and creatively presented. Chef Leo and Alexis (and their adorable pups!) were the perfect addition to our annual friend-family reunion in Georgia. They selflessly gave their time and energy to prepare three wonderful meals a day, and even brought in a bartender to ensure we never went thirsty. Beyond their culinary talents, they are both warm, genuine, kind, and hilarious - the life of the party! We would book them again in a heartbeat and give them our highest recommendation. The AV Gourmet team delivered so much for my wedding. Guests still talk about the amazing food. And we want to thank their staff, servers, kitchen staff everyone was wonderful. Special Thanks to the Event Manager Valentino, who made sure there was an impeccable service. Thank you so much!
