Aloha Kākou! My name is Yvette and I am the owner and founder of Aloha Poke Bar. Our mobile poke cart comes to you with easy set up and break down and makes the perfect addition to enhance your cocktail hour. What is poke? Poke is the Hawaiian word to “slice” or “cut crosswise” and has been served as a traditional dish around the islands for thousands of years. Our poke bowls offer fresh flavors made only with locally grown ingredients, providing a genuine taste of Hawaii. Our customizable toppings bar creates a fun and interactive experience for guests suitable for every palate, every person, everywhere.

All of our recipes are homemade by founder Yvette. Sourcing the finest local ingredients and freshest caught island fish. What distinguishes our brand is basking in the sheer pleasure we get to witness our guests receive when customizing their own poke bowls using our unlimited toppings bar making it a fun and interactive experience for all.

I was truly inspired by Emma and James' decision to honor their family bond and island roots by including poke as part of their special day. Given that the two of them spent some of their childhoods in Hawai'i, soaking up the warm sun rays and feeling the spirit of the local people, this choice is sure to create lasting beautiful memories for many years to come, and we are so honored to be able to be apart of their special day.

    Yvette & Scott from Aloha Poke Bar were so upbeat and enthusiastic as they spoke to us about their product. I could tell right away when they spoke about their food that it was high quality - and that proved to be true after the first bite of their fresh, delicious poke. The fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and I just wanted to keep eating more. Aloha Poke Bar provided an amazing catering experience for our wedding, and I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a top-notch poke option.
