We cannot recommend Chuck and the entire team at Abbey Catering highly enough. They were nothing short of exceptional in helping us plan, cater, and flawlessly execute our wedding on May 31st, 2025 at Scripps Seaside Forum. From our very first meeting, Chuck was thoughtful, responsive, and deeply experienced — he made the planning process seamless and enjoyable. On the day itself, everything ran like clockwork. The food was outstanding (we’re still getting compliments from guests!), the staff was professional and warm, and every detail was handled with care and precision. What stood out most was the genuine care the Abbey team showed for us and our guests. They went above and beyond to make sure we could simply enjoy the day — and we did, thanks to them. Abbey Catering coordinated our recent wedding and reception at the Mission Trails Visitor Center and made the whole experience so great. Will, Chuck, Petr, David and their catering, bar and vendor teams gave excellent advice and expertise during the proposal, package, and vendor selection stages, were so supportive and accommodating throughout the planning process, facilitated great communication with our venue, and helped create the perfect day for us! We cannot thank them enough for making the process so smooth. They went above and beyond to personalize our wedding and handle everything to ensure we could focus on actually being present and enjoying ourselves, that everything planned went as expected, and even that some extra details that helped make the day all the more special were added. We received so many compliments from our loved ones and guests on all aspects of their team and service. We offer four bar packages from Bronze to Platinum. Our packages include professional bartenders, all necessary equipment, and coordination of ABC licensing.
