Hello, I'm Jackie! I have loved baking and pastry my whole life! I grew up spending hours in my play kitchen dreaming of a life creating actual food for others. After 12 years in the industry, graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, and competing (and winning!) Sugar Rush on Netflix I finally decided to create Pink Petunia Baking Co. and share my passion with others! Nothing makes me happier than creating desserts for special events (or even just a regular Wednesday!) and celebrating every moment with others through sugar. I hope I can make your next celebration that much sweeter!

From the moment we booked Pink Petunia Baking Co. for our wedding, their communication was quick, efficient, and responsive. The quality of their work was simply perfect - the cakes and desserts they created were absolutely beautiful and truly magical. They were able to bring my vision for the dessert table to life, crafting intricate designs and flavors that wowed all of our guests. Jackie is absolutely amazing to work with! Her cakes are so delicious and guest were even asking for her information!! We picked cinnamon roll and strawberry; both a fan favorite!

Jackie was amazing throughout the whole process. She responded quickly and understood our vision! We gave her creative control over our cake and it was so stunning!! We wanted every table to have their own cake with a unique flavor and she delivered! You name the flavor, she made it! She is incredibly talented and we can’t wait to have her cakes at future family celebrations!
