Kimberly (Kim) Cassens is a successful self-made businesswoman full of ambition and drive. In 2015, she opened her first Nothing Bundt Cakes store in Minnetonka, MN. Over the years, many family members have worked in her flagship Minnetonka location. After 7 years of valuable industry experience and profitable operation of a single store, Cassens began a multi-unit franchise expansion throughout the Twin Cities. This Minnesota network includes Nothing Bundt Cakes locations in Bloomington (Mall of America, Eagan, Edep Prairie, and Prior Lake-Savage.

Our delicious Bundt Cakes come in a variety of flavors and sizes you just can't beat. Our cakes are not only perfect for your day-of wedding cake and desserts, but our cakes can be used for asking your bridesmaids, engagement party, groom's dinner, bachelor/bachelorette treats, and more!     Nothing Bundt Cakes was a hit with all of our guests! For our wedding, we chose a delicious mix of bundtinis and a beautiful two-tier cake — the perfect blend of fun and elegance. The flavors were incredible, and everything was fresh, moist, and absolutely delicious. If you’ve never tried them before, we highly recommend the three-tier bundlet tower — it gives you a great variety and presentation, and you won’t be disappointed. Our personal favorites were the lemon and white chocolate raspberry. The desserts are affordable, unique, and absolutely irresistible! As soon as we brought them out, guests who knew lit up with excitement, and those who hadn’t tried it before were eager to taste all four flavors we offered.

    Nothing Bundt Cakes has always been a go to for the gluten free cake as I (Allison) can’t have gluten! Our guests enjoyed a wide variety of bundtini’s which were the perfect size! Delivery to the venue was smooth and on time! We absolutely loved having Nothing Bundt Cakes as a part of our day!

    From start to finish personable staff & attention to detail. Everyone loved the desserts & cakes. We loved the drizzle frosting & my husband & I did a two tier cake of our favorite flavors. All our guests thought the buntinis were so delicious & it was great getting to test all the flavors together with my husband as a fun wedding planning moment. Delicious, cost effective & timely day of.

    The cake itself was delicious, however we ordered less cake than what our deposit originally was and getting a refund has been impossible. The vendor said that it’s because the deposit was made so long ago (it was about a year before the wedding but still it’s a wedding they should expect as much) and now they are saying a refund isn’t possible. I wish i would have known about this before hand. So just be aware before making your deposit. They also don’t offer delivery so you have to pick up your cake the day of the wedding with all the running around in the morning i almost forgot about the cake and had to have someone else go and pick it up.
