Hi! My name is Amanda, the Chef and Owner of Gingerly Baked. My passion is creating beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts for your special occasion. I refuse to compromise quality. Everything is made from scratch, with superior ingredients, and with love.

With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. My menu features a variety of mini desserts, chocolates, and cakes that will make your taste buds dance with joy. We absolutely loved working with Gingery Baked for our wedding desserts! From start to finish, the experience was so fun, personal, and delicious. Our tasting was one of the highlights of wedding planning — we got to try a wide variety of cake and dessert options, which made it easy (and exciting!) to decide what we wanted for the big day. For our wedding, Gingery Baked provided a beautiful cutting cake and a dessert bar filled with different treats — and every single item was so fresh and flavorful. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the desserts were! Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. Working with the Gingery Baked team was easy and enjoyable — they clearly put so much love and care into their work. We’re already looking forward to enjoying more of our wedding cake and ordering from them again in the future. Highly recommend them to any couple looking for high-quality, delicious, and memorable desserts for their wedding day!

We used Gingerly Baked for our wedding and they were truly wonderful, lovely, talented, amazing! (I could go on and on). Every single mini dessert that we chose was absolute PERFECTION! So delicious and beautiful! Our guests were obsessed with the mini desserts and having multiple options was great for our dessert-loving crowd. We got a tour of the kitchen during our tasting, which was also very cool to see where the magic happens! Highly, highly, highly recommend Gingerly Baked!

My partner and I had a hard time deciding what vendor we wanted to use for our dessert table for our wedding. We must have tried at least 5 different locations before we stumbled upon Gingerly Baked. We had mostly made up our mind about a different one but wanted to finish out the different options we had checked out, and we were incredibly grateful we did. Amanda and the team at Gingerly Baked completely swept away all of our expectations, especially their absolutely PERFECT chocolate salted caramel tarts and lemon bars, so much so that we immediately changed course and went with them for the desserts. Beyond the quality of food they also made us feel that they were deeply invested in making sure the event went well and wrote us a wonderful card to thank us for choosing them. It was honestly wonderful to support their work and they helped make our night unforgettable.

Our wedding was on April 19th and working with Amanda was an absolute delight from start to finish. From our first dessert tasting to the big day itself, she was the sweetest and most thoughtful vendor we could have asked for. Her desserts were unbelievable, truly some of the best we’ve ever tasted. We’re huge fans of her Chantilly cake with crunchies, blackberry passion fruit tarts, and snickerdoodle cookies. They were all a hit, and we kept getting compliments from guests during the wedding and long after. Amanda did an amazing job bringing our cake vision to life, adding her own creative twist that made it even better than we imagined. Amanda and her team also went above and beyond by helping us create a surprise birthday cake for one of our groomsmen, which meant so much to us. We’re so grateful for her care, creativity, and delicious work. We will definitely be ordering from her again for future celebrations. She helped make our day extra special in every way.
