I'm Mylene, born and raised in France, I moved to Portland, Oregon over a year and a half ago. Baking has always been my passion, so I decided to start my own French pastry business to share all my childhood memories back in France. I am the owner and pastry chef of a small and local artisanal French pastry business named French-tastic Patisseries. I offer a large selection of elegant GF French pastries using premium and local ingredients.

I create elegant, crowd-pleasing desserts including items like financiers, choux a la creme, tartlets, and seasonal specialties with a majority of gluten-free option. I create elegant and high-end gluten-free French pastries that can be customized without sacrificing the taste and the presentation. The aim is to make the most beautiful day of your life memorable with a sweet and delicious end note
