Welcome. When I first started my story, it started out with me as a young adult and starting my adventure down the road of cake artistry. Then I dug a little deeper and gave thought to what probably sparked my interest in cake decorating. Chocolate Rose Bakeshop is Griswold, CT’s fav Custom & Special Occasion Cakeshop. Our creations may look too good to eat, but they taste too good NOT to! At Chocolate Rose we take pride in creating cakes that not only look too good to eat but taste too good NOT to!

We specialize in Wedding and Special Occasion Cakes, taking your ideas, and bringing them to life, as the centerpiece of your special event. We also create personalized wedding and party favors, such as cake balls, chocolate-dipped Oreos, truffles, and novelty chocolates.

Description

Chocolate Rose Bakeshop creates all types of custom cakes that are made to order! We are a meet-by-appointment-only bakeshop. We set up cake consultations over the phone. Consultations are available only on tiered cakes and wedding cakes feeding 50 or more guests.

Working with this vendor was so easy. After messaging her we did the tasting and that was it. She worked directly with the venue and we did not have to worry about anything. During the wedding and after, guests were asking us who baked the cupcakes.

Chocolate Rose Bakeshop was a joy to work with for our wedding. Their communication was excellent - they were quick to respond to our questions and incredibly detailed in ensuring they understood exactly what we wanted. The quality of their work was superb, and the value was unbeatable. The cake they created for us was not only delicious, but even a week after our wedding it was still incredibly moist and tasted just as good as it did on the big day. We were thrilled to receive a cake that exceeded our expectations in every way. Chocolate Rose Bakeshop truly helped make our special day even more perfect and sweeter than expected.
