The Roaming Bar
I am Morgan Anderson, owner and creator of The Roaming Bar. I started my mobile bartending business in 2022, simply because I love wine, parties and meeting new people. I am based in Lake Stevens, WA, but no event is too big or far away! I get to share local brews and wines from Washington for you all to enjoy! If I'm not out working an event, you will find me traveling with my Husband and two dogs.
Our prices are set to meet your budget. We offer packages with prices that never change after you sign your contract! We travel all over Washington State with fun and friendly bartenders! We can accommodate any wedding venue, weather it has a bar area already there or you need us to bring the bar to you! *Please note: we have re-branded our name from Tipsy, as you will see some of our older reviews reference that business name*

The Roaming Bar Tap Trailer
Price$1,800
At The Roaming Bar, we keep it simple. This one stop shop package includes: The Roaming Bar Tap Trailer, up to 2 kegs of your choice, pouring service for Beer, Wine, Champagne and Cocktails, 4 hours of bartending with two licensed bartenders. We provide cups, napkins and a self-serve water station, decor to match your wedding details, an initial consultation to go over your event details and a final consultation 1-2 weeks before event.
- You will be provided an Alcohol List.
- *Please note, we do not supply alcohol.
- *Any additional hours will be $100, per hour.
Two Licensed Bartenders
Price$1,200
Does your Venue already have a bartending station and you just need the bartenders? This package includes: 4 hours of bartending with two licensed bartenders, pouring service for Beer, Wine and Champagne. We provide cups, napkins and a self-serve water station, decor, an initial consultation to go over decor and your event details and a final consultation 1-2 weeks before event.

Champagne/Buffet Cart
Price$400
The Roaming Bar Champagne and/or Buffet Cart is versatile for any event. This cart can be used for a champagne toast, welcome drinks, a desert cart or simply for decoration. This self-serve package includes: a 4 hour rental. We provide up to 100 glass champagne flutes and napkins, 4 Juice Carafes and Champagne buckets, a water Station, decor, an initial consultation to go over decor and your event details and a final consultation 1-2 weeks before event.
- Free delivery within a 15-miles of Lake Stevens.
- *Please note, we do not supply alcohol.
- *Any additional hours will be $100, per hour.
- Free Pouring Service, if you combine this package.

AMAZING BAR SERVICE
We can't recommend The Roaming Bar from Lake Stevens highly enough. From start to finish, she was an absolute joy to work with. Her communication was clear, timely, and always kind, which made the entire planning process so much smoother for us. She helped us craft a drink menu that was not only delicious but also perfectly fit our budget. Her expertise really showed—she told us exactly what we needed to purchase and how much, which saved us both time and stress. She went above and beyond by helping manage the logistics of transporting the alcohol, which was no small task. Her flexibility, professionalism, and upbeat attitude made her feel like a part of our team and honestly, part of the celebration itself. She’s just a great human: sweet, positive, funny, and incredibly easy to work with. If you're looking for someone who knows their craft, communicates beautifully, and brings great energy to your event, she’s the one. The Roaming Bar was a fantastic addition to our wedding day! From the very beginning, Morgan was a pleasure to work with. She was instrumental in helping us determine what cocktails and beverages to serve, ensuring we had the perfect selection. On the day of the wedding, Morgan and her partner did an amazing job behind the bar, crafting fun and consistent cocktails that all of our guests raved about. The bartenders were a hit, and we would absolutely hire The Roaming Bar again in a heartbeat. Their service and the quality of their work was top-notch and added so much value to our special day.

From the first time talking to Morgan planning all details to the day of she went above and beyond. We told her what we had in mind with drink selections and she was very helpful with making us a list of what we needed to get and where we can get it. Got a little teaser before the big day with a mimosa cart for my bridal shower! Everyone loved it! The week of the wedding she made sure everything was in order. Our friends and family still talk about the great drinks and friendly service from the bartenders. A fantastic option for events we would absolutely book again!
Saltwater Farm LOVES The Roaming Bar!
The venue staff at Saltwater Farm had the pleasure of working alongside Morgan and her team on a wedding this season and we cannot sing her praises enough! The professionalism and attention to detail showcased by the entire team was a key piece of the weekend's success. Not only did The Roaming Bar team craft some amazing cocktails, they served each drink with and incredibly warm sense of hospitality that made guests feel right at home. We love working with The Roaming Bar and would love to see them back for future events at Saltwater Farm!
