Price is on a sliding scale and calculated by per guest/per hour. $5.00-2.00, please reach out for a custom quote.

Description

Our TABC-certified bartenders arrive ready to serve with their own basic tools, including a wine key, bottle opener, and Boston-style tins. You provide the bar or workstation, alcohol, mixers, glassware, ice, garnishes, and any other supplies needed for service. It’s a simple, flexible option for those who already have the setup and just need a professional behind the bar. Details: $50 an hour per bartender. 1.5 hour is needed for set up and tear down.

Shake Rattle & Roll Mobile Bar was absolutely amazing for our wedding! Jason and Chanda went above and beyond to support our pirate theme, dressing up in costume and creating delicious, eye-catching cocktails that wowed our guests. Their bubble drinks were a huge hit - I had never seen anything like them before! The service was impeccable, and they truly made our special day even more memorable. We price our dry hire bartending services based on a per guest, per hour model. This approach helps keep things simple and ensures you're only paying for exactly what you need, nothing more. To give you the most accurate quote, we just need a few quick details: How many guests are you expecting? How many hours of service will you need? What types of drinks are you planning to serve (beer, wine, signature cocktails, etc.)? Once we have that info, we can tailor a package that fits your event perfectly without charging you for anything you won’t use.

Due to Texas liquor laws, Shake Rattle & Roll cannot supply the alcohol, but don’t worry we’ve got you covered and make it simple! You provide the alcohol, and we handle the rest. The prices don't include the cost of the alcohol. We will provide you with a detailed shopping list based on what you would like to serve. This ensures that your event is both legal and at a much lower cost than a traditional open bar.

Current Texas liquor laws state that Shake Rattle & Roll cannot supply alcohol directly. But don't worry we’re here to make the process as easy as possible! Our bartending service is a "dry hire," which means we’ll bring everything needed to serve your drinks except the alcohol itself. Based on your event details, we’ll calculate the amount of liquor required and provide you with a customized liquor shopping list. This will give you a clear, easy-to-follow guide on what to purchase for your event.

Shake Rattle & Roll is based out of San Antonio Texas. We can roll the party your way but a travel fee of $2 a mile will incur after 60 miles. We provide our mobile bar services from Austin, and the Hill country, down to the coast in Corpus Christi.

We have a beautifully crafted 8-foot custom bar that it fully collapsable and portable. To add a touch of charm, provide adorable fringed outdoor umbrellas, and adorn the bar with flowers and a custom signature cocktail menu. Cool down with a frozen strawberry margarita, delicious rum horchata or daiquiri in a double chambered frozen margarita machine on a stainless steel cart. The mix and alcohol is not included, but can be added to a package or used as a signature cocktail. Serves aprox. 130 glasses Who wouldn't want cold beer on tap? We have a single tap beer kegerator with beer of your choice. Holds up to a full sized keg, not included.
