Every Hour Happy Hour is a wedding bar and beverage service based in Portland, OR. We also offer a charcuterie cart so you can start your party with cocktails and appetizers. With the unique cart, your guests can serve themselves their own mini charcuterie board and pair it with a perfectly crafted cocktail, wine, beer, or even a boozy slushee. We also offer a champagne wall and premade mini charcuterie cups for other options. Every Hour Happy Hour is a proudly queer-owned small business. The owner David’s love of cheese and tequila, mixed with creativity and event planning, led him to start this adventure.

The all-in-one mobile bar and charcuterie cart offers a unique event experience for your guests. Also, our cocktails are batched so there’s no long lines. Our champagne wall and slushee machine also offer something stylish and fun to wow your guests. Our packages are straightforward with everything included. This includes unlimited drinks for five hours of service, alcohol, bartenders, glassware, ice, and travel. The charcuterie includes wooden boards, cheeses, meats, crackers, grapes, berries, nuts, olives, and more. Our espresso martini and frose slushee are very popular, but open to creating something completely new.
