Established in 2014 by the dynamic partnership of Tom & Cindy Neville, MI Event DJs emerged as a premier force in the wedding industry. Tom's illustrious career traces back to 1998, where his journey as a DJ ignited during his high school years. From igniting dance floors at school events to commanding the spotlight at weddings, Tom's passion for music found its zenith. With a formal education in radio from Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts and over 700 weddings to his credit, Tom's expertise is unparalleled.

MI Event DJs LOVES Weddings. As a husband and wife team, we know what it takes to make it work! Understating that every event is different, you won't get a generic playlist from us. We will customize the music played based on the vibe of the night

We hired tom to provide ceremony sound, reception sound and a photo booth. Tom did an amazing job, he did a great job playing music and announcing everything for us! We had some issues with our guests and he was really good at solving the issue. If you need a guy to go above and beyond tom is your guy!

MI Events DJs were amazing to work with for my wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was fantastic - they were always quick to respond to my questions and provided helpful suggestions that made the music planning seamless. Tom and Cindy are phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect. They have great communication and are very easy to work with. I had no issues. We did the DJ, with ceremony sound, and Photobooth with prints. He did the bride/groom intro and coordinated all of the songs that I requested perfectly. They helped make my day perfect. I would recommend them 100x over. Oh - if you do the Photobooth - try not to forget to get one of just the bride/groom. Oops we forgot but had plenty with guests! Thank you again!

MI Event DJs can provide Photo Booth (Digital & Print) Uplighting, Custom Gobo (Monogram), Cold Spark, Dancing on a Cloud and more!

We like to give 2 hours for setup, sometimes we require more. We NEVER charge for setup time though!

We have a completely battery powered system specifically for ceremonies and cocktail hour if needed.

We are very "go with the flow" after all, it is your big day!

We are always updating our Music Library with the latest hits, and constantly expanding recurrent hits and remixes to provide you the latest trends in music. We only source our music from Legal Sources. NEVER ripping a track from youtube.

We use only top-of-the-line professional DJ gear, staying up to date with brands like Pioneer DJ, Native Instruments, RCF, Shure, Chauvet DJ & ADJ.

Out of respect for our clients' privacy, we don’t allow drop-ins at live events. However, we’re happy to provide references, reviews, videos, or meet with you in person or online.

A retainer is due at booking (amount varies by package). Final payment is due one week before the event. We accept debit/credit cards via our online system or cash at meetings.
