Essen Entertainment Wedding DJ
JJ was the DJ at our event, I voiced our concerns about wanting to make sure everything for our wedding went smoothly. There wasn’t a dull moment on the dance floor, but hey that’s what DJ’s are for right? Couldn’t be more pleased. However, where JJ really shined were the aspects you don’t think about when hiring a DJ… He had the microphones for the ceremony set up ahead of time, as well as for the reception for speeches, thank you’s etc. There was not a single technical malfunction in any way either which can always throw a wrench in things, needless to say he was on top of it. He was very accommodating and worked with us and our timeline. JJ also even had some suggestions that we ended up utilizing on how to better schedule the reception to maximize not only efficiency of the time allotment that we had, but to give the overall reception experience a more organic flow to get people on the dance floor. This man means business and you can’t go wrong hiring him for an event. Thank you for everything JJ.

He went above and beyond to make our big day amazing, listening closely to every detail we wanted and offering his own fantastic ideas that really elevated the celebration. We booked our wedding DJ and cocktail hour mariachi through Essen, and they were amazing!! Our day had lots of unexpected bad weather, but that never was an issue for them. The ceremony ran perfect all things considered, the mariachi was an absolute hit with our guests, and our DJ kept the dance floor full all night - which was our biggest priority! JJ was very communicative and great to work with. We are very happy with our experience with Essen Entertainment and couldn’t recommend them enough!
Excellent DJ for our wedding!
We loved working with JJ for our wedding ceremony and reception! From the initial consultation he was very communicative and on the ball. We had a string quartet for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and JJ DJ’ed our reception after that. He was personable and did a great job with our crowd and reading the room to get people out on the dance floor. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a great DJ for your wedding!
