Working w/ DJ Sam of Dream Day Charleston at my Cannon Green Charleston wedding on 10/23/25 was amazing! Music was super important to me, and he was very accommodating of my requests. I had a different visions for cocktail hour/dinner/dancing and he totally understood the assignment. He knew how to read the room and keep the party going, but was also a great MC. The uplighting and photobooth were a great additional perk with the package I selected too. He's worth every dollar and I would definitely work with him again if I have the chance.

We are so grateful for Dream Day Charleston! Sam was amazing to work with from day one — organized, responsive, and he completely understood the musical vibe we wanted based on just a few playlists we shared. He kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long! We also had James on the saxophone and he was a total showstopper. His live riffs over everything from timeless favorites to EDM and house tracks were such a hit — our guests are still talking about it! The lighting design they provided also made a huge impact. It set the perfect mood for our reception and enhanced the overall experience in such a beautiful way. It truly elevated the space and the party atmosphere. As a wedding planner (and an out-of-town bride!), I have very high expectations — and Dream Day Charleston exceeded them all. Professional, talented, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. We would choose them again in a heartbeat!

Dream Day Charleston helped us facilitate the ultimate wedding day and (most importantly) dance party of our dreams! They made the planning process super smooth and easy. I highly recommend utilizing their planning portal as it helped us think through how we wanted our day to go down to every last detail (some of which we would have likely not thought of ourselves!) We worked with DJ Golden & DJ Jayson, both of which went above and beyond to make our vision come to life! Jayson kept the dance floor full all night--we had multiple people say to us that this was one of the most fun weddings they had ever attended. We also went with the up lighting package which I would also highly recommend!! 10/10, Best DJs in Charleston!

DJ Sam was EXCEPTIONAL! The dance floor was packed all night, and everyone kept making compliments the entire wedding and at our brunch about how great the music was. I will be the first to admit that I was anxious about having a DJ for my wedding, because I’ve never really been to one where the vibes were just right. However, I never have the most fun with wedding bands either. Our planner had nothing but good things to say about working with DJ sam in the past, and boy were they right! Mixing? Incredible. Audio quality? Perfection. Vibes? Immaculate. I will never desire to hire another DJ other than DJ Sam.

First, let us know what Package you would like. We will email you a contract/agreement. Once signed (digitally and easy from the email), you will receive Payment instructions to Secure your date by paying the $500 retainer booking fee. This counts towards your package total. It is only refundable under an Act of God (hurricane evacuation or forced venue closure, etc.).

Yes! Small Lapels (easy to hide wires) and handhelds for ceremony speakers, toasts, blessings, etc. Mics are also available for the Reception portion. We are pros.

Yes we are, and we can provide documentation.

Yes you can! This is your wedding. You will receive a personal event account to manage your music choices. We are also happy to handle the selection. We recommend upbeat energy for hype dance floors. We are experts here and are happy to help.

Definitely! Give us a call/text/email and we will tailor a package to fit your needs.

Yes. We are experienced in coordinating with accompanying musicians to ensure the show goes off without a hitch. You’ll need professional audio experience to ensure this goes smoothly.

This is an extremely rare occurrence and highly unlikely. In the event your DJ has a disaster in his family/personal injury, we will first look to our in-house team of elite DJ’s to accommodate your wedding. If our DJ’s are unavailable, we will pull from our network of local Professional DJs. All planning and music information will be handled smoothly. You should not fear this, but rest easy knowing we will find a suitable Professional DJ.
