Our talented and professional musicians have performed regularly with touring and recording artists including Shakira, Ricky Martin, Paul Anka, Gloria Estefan, D'Angelo and Pitbull, as well as working and touring with numerous Broadway shows.

We are so thrilled we went with Bay Kings Band for our St. Pete wedding! They performed at my older brother and older sister's weddings as well a few years ago, and the choice to hire them too was an easy one. We got too many compliments on the band and dance floor to count, and our dance floor was PACKED all night. Brandon and the team were so kind and easy to work with through the entire process, and all of the emceeing and audio aspects of the day went off without a hitch. They played a variety of music we loved from Motown & classics to bands from our youth like Green Day and Third Eye Blind. They read the crowd perfectly and played hit after hit, to the point that we were like "can you please just play ONE bad song so I can sit down for 30 seconds" haha. Thank you BKB for throwing the best party we could have asked for, we will cherish those memories forever!

The Bay Kings Band was an absolute highlight of our wedding reception. Their communication throughout the planning process was easy, professional, and direct, which put us at ease leading up to the big day. When it came to their performance, they were simply incredible - so talented and with an incredibly wide range of song selections that kept our guests dancing all night long. This company & band was absolutely incredible! So easy to book with, so collaborative and helpful with our run of show, and so incredibly talented. We had a cellist play our ceremony which brought a tear to many eyes. Then we had a 5 piece band perform at the reception & they kept folks dancing all night. Plus they did and incredible job with MC’ing and lighting too!! We got so many compliments on them - they’re wonderful!

Of course! We love to travel! We do charge extra for the time depending on the location and you’ll need to cover transportation and accommodation for all band members. Ask your producer for a quote based on the specifics of your event. PS–if it’s within a couple hours, that’s included within our basic package at no added charge.

Absolutely! We’re an all-inclusive band with a broad musical repertoire. Want classical music for your ceremony, a jazz set for your cocktail hour, and dance party reception? You’ve got it. Speak to your producer for more specific details and requests.

We play a wide variety of music. From Top 40, to classics, to classical and jazz. You can get an idea of the musical styles you can choose from on our media page.

We have a solid repertoire of songs that will please all of your guests from your 6-year old niece to your grandfather. It’s always important to have some freedom to read the room on the night; but our number one priority is pleasing YOU. Just let us know what you want to hear, and, if it’s not already in our repertoire, we’ll work with you to make your night perfect.

Of course! Just make sure you give us enough notice of your special request so the band has time to learn your song.

The band can absolutely play during dinner, but we’d recommend using your sets when your guests are ready to stand up and get dancing. Our typical event reception includes 4 x 50-minute sets with short DJ sets between the band sets. If you would like a dinner set, please let us know ahead of time as we defer to playing after-dinner sets unless otherwise instructed.
