I catered a wedding at Wishing Well Falls in the fall of 23, hired by the bride and groom. I'd never been there before, and was very impressed with the layout. The grounds were meticulously landscaped, and the reception area where I was setup was spacious and beautiful. As it got dark and the lights came on it was romantically lit and I watched people enjoying quiet areas to visit, as well as a large dance floor. I have worked many venues with different setups, and I'd highly recommend Wishing Well Falls for anyone's special day. Stephanie is great to deal with, and she definitely shows pride and attention to detail in her work.

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at Ripple Ranch, and it was absolutely unforgettable. The setting was stunning—peaceful, scenic, and full of rustic charm. The western-style décor and vintage details gave the whole day a warm, authentic feel that perfectly matched the Idaho landscape. From the ceremony under the open sky and mountains backdrop to the cozy reception inside The Ripple Center, everything was thoughtfully done and beautifully executed. It was the perfect mix of elegance and country charm. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind wedding venue with western flair, Ripple Ranch is the perfect place!

Venue considerations

  • Does not allow pets
  • On-site parking not available
  • No on-site bridal suite
When we originally booked at Western Proper we were supposed to get a large private room for our rehearsal dinner. Come to find out when we get there that the woman we booked through no longer worked with them and things got mixed up. Not all the food was put out for dinner and instead of the private room we were out in the main room with many other people coming for the evening (not our guests). Food that was put out was really good, but since not all food got set out, the rest got put out towards the end after everyone was done so a lot was wasted. Wish whoever coordinates the private parties would have talked to us before the night so that we knew the changes. Overall decent experience.
