With my love for photography and growing up with such a large, rowdy family, it's no wonder I found my career in professional photography. Then marrying my goofball of a husband and having two hilarious and awesome kiddos, the importance of remembering every little moment has only grown as I experience each new adventure of my life. I get so much joy and gratification from the opportunity of providing such meaningful work to others-- I am so passionate about those intentional and authentic moments. And I like to have fun and laugh, too!

I'm Jonathan Williams, aka DJ Beardly—a lifelong music lover whose journey began at age 10 in my church. I honed my skills as an audio engineer at Indigital Recording Studios, working with brands like Facebook and eBay and artists like Lukas Nelson, TOTO, and Dylan Scott. I launched my own company in 2017, rebranding as DJ Beardly in 2020. Since then, I’ve DJ’d over 60 weddings, corporate events, and even performed at Monster Energy’s Country Jam in 2023. I bring passion, precision, and a deep music library to every event.

I started in my grandmas garage 14 years ago and continue to get bigger and better! I started with just me and some help from my mom, now I have an awesome team. We work to make your day the best no matter your budget, we are here to help. The best is working so close with clients and on their day finally getting to see the pieces come together. There is no way I could do any of this on my own, as I grow, I continue to bring on more help. Everyone is creative, fun loving and hard working.

Sky Lake Events is a charming property in Grand Junction, CO that can host your beautiful wedding for up to 150 people. Couples can exchange their vows above the peaceful lake on the deck underneath a ceremony arch. As they say, their 'I dos' loved ones will be in awe of the lovely surroundings and your connection. Receptions can either take place outside on the lawn, inside the pavilion, or both. The indoor event space has a minimalistic aesthetic with concrete flooring and pale-colored walls, but it features two large mechanical doors that connect to the lawn and the pavilion. Outside, the venue has a swimming pool, beautiful views of a 20-acre lake, many different seating areas, two seating areas with a gas fire feature. In addition, couples can decorate to fit their desired theme and color scheme.

Originally opened in 2016 this beautiful venue has been well established. It was put on the market on 2022 and purchased by the new owners Felicia and Jessica. Jessica was the first officially wedding held here in June of 2016 and her twin sister was married here two months later. This venue is very near and dear to our hearts and it is a dream come true to now be the owners. We hope that we can share in your magical love story and that you make beautiful memories at our venue. On the property there is our indoor reception space that can easily hold 150 people, outside there are many ceremony spots that would make your wedding unique including a heart shaped pond and a gazebo. Also on the property is a gorgeous bridal suite, a groom's lounge, and a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom couple's apartment. You will find many beautiful pictures spots all through out the property. Dana has worked in the food industry for over 24 years. She began by cooking at home for her family when she was only 7. Her signature dish at 7 was an apple pie. Beginning her career working in a gourmet market in Washington D.C., she learned right away how important quality ingredients were in making delicious food. Dana went on to receive an undergraduate degree from the University of Denver in hospitality and tourism management.

My journey as a photographer started with taking photos of friends, old and new, at festivals. I fell in love with documenting the joyful energy at these events. Weddings and elopements remind me so much of those experiences- friends dancing together under the stars, laughter, speaking openly about love for one another, and truly enjoying life’s most meaningful moments.
